Who will look after you during the show?
Many exhibitors employ a stand builder or fit out contractor prior to the show to build their exhibit or space. Often this contractor is not available during the show should a problem occur, having returned to base or even another country.
Should the lights go out or power fail, who is going to sort the problem out? If this situation happens then who do you call? RME are responsible for the power up to your distribution only, the exhibitor is responsible for the installation past this point. RME are not normally available for such calls unless maintenance has been purchased.
RME offer an opt-in maintenance service to provide specialist assistance during the show to rectify any faults that may occur on a stand or chalet. The service covers fault finding and resetting of equipment installed and signed off prior to the show as well as replacement of lamps that may fail. Any parts required or excessive time needed due to poor workmanship would be chargeable separately.
Access to this priority service is restricted, a dedicated telephone number is provided to the exhibitor once enrolled and we aim to attend within 15 minutes.
